    2. When raising or lowering, pull from the rail center only. Avoid pulling from the side, as it may cause the cord reel to wind
    unevenly.

    3. To lower the shade when fully raised, pull down the bottom rail first, then adjust the top rail to the desired height.
    Do not pull the top rail straight down.
