Order Help

The sale information will be updated on the sale page here. The discount code is often present on the home page that can be easily found, kindly note the code's expiring time.

For custom orders, if you wish to change your order specifications after the 12-hour, please note that a fee of 25% of the product price will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with adjustments to the production process.

For our custom products, the final price is made up of two components:

  • Base Price: This is the starting cost of the product, covering the essential features and materials.
  • Customization Price: This additional cost reflects any customizations you’ve selected, such as width, length, hanging headers, liners, or other personalized options.

If you haven't received your order number or confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Contact Information: Ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct. Verify that the account you used to place the order matches the email address where you expect to receive the confirmation.
  2. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, confirmation emails can be filtered into these folders. Be sure to check there.
  3. Verify Email Consistency: Ensure that the email address used for the order and the one on your account are consistent. A mismatch could prevent you from receiving the email.
  4. Still No Email?: If your email address is correct and you still haven't received your order number or confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance at support@twopagescurtains.com.

For now, you can explore and purchase our products online through our website. However, we are considering expanding our services to include physical locations in the future.

The cost of the drapery or shades entirely depends on the fabric, length/width dimensions, and the pleat style. Once you input the details such as fabric type, size, color, and additional features, the price will be calculated and displayed immediately. 

If you have an account with TWOPGES and are signed in to the same account with which you placed the order, you should be able to view your order online. If you are unable to access your order, please contact us at support@twopagescurtains.com for assistance linking your order to your account.

You can remove items in cart by clicking the "-" minus icon one by one or clicking "Remove" to remove all.

You could also adjust the quantity by just inputting the number you desire.

You can know the pleat quantity for a given width here.

For pinch pleat, tailor pleat, goblet pleat, pinch pleat with back tab, and inverted box pleat, 2x fabric fullness in default to create pleats and folds;

For pencil pleat, 2.2x fabric fullness;

For triple pleat and triple tailor pleat, 2.3x fabric fullness.

And panel width is from the left pleat to the right pleat, return not included.

The curtain stack width refers to the amount of space that curtains occupy when they are fully drawn or pulled open to one side of the window or doorway. 

TWOPAGES curtain stack width varies for fabrics and headers, normally accounting for 20-30% of your ordered width.

TWOPAGES offers two options for achieving blackout effects in your home:

  • Custom Curtains with Blackout Liner: You can select any of our window curtains and add a blackout liner. This option allows you to enjoy the design and style of your chosen curtain while benefiting from the light-blocking properties of the liner.
  • 100% Blackout Curtains: Our blackout curtains are crafted from specialized fabric that inherently blocks all light, ensuring complete darkness. These curtains are self-blackout, meaning they do not require an additional liner to achieve total light blockage. You can find them here.

Orders for pleated curtains come with different hooks:
Adjustable pin hooks are included for pinch pleat, tailor pleat, triple pleat, triple tailor pleat;
Metal pin hooks are included for goblet pleat, inverted box pleat;

Plastic adjustable pin hooks allow you to adjust curtain length within 3 inches. The rod/rings still need to be purchased separately.

Memory training is an essential technique designed to give your curtains the ability to hold their shape and pleats neatly.

It is recommended that the minimum width is no less than 22 inch. The finished product smaller than 22 inch will have poorer effect.

Yes, they do. Roman shades that are flat fold or soft fold can help block more heat because of their cascading design due to small pockets that trap hot air.

Shade of different lengths will have different folding heights. The folding heights range of Roman shades will be between 6-12 inches.

Generally, it is recommended to deduct 3/8'.

Roman shades can be installed both inside and outside the window frame. When mounted inside, they fit within the window frame, providing a neater look and allowing the frame to remain visible. Outside mounting places the shades above the window frame, which can create the illusion of larger windows and give a more dramatic appearance.

Dust them regularly with a soft cloth or a vacuum brush attachment. Avoid using water, as it can damage the material. Regular care ensures they stay clean and attractive for a longer time.

Yes, bamboo shades can block sunlight to a certain extent. They are designed to provide some level of light filtering or room darkening (if they have blackout lining), depending on their design and material. For example, this product comes in different darker colors for more sun-blocking features. However, it’s worth noting that, in general, bamboo shades might not provide the same level of light blockage as blackout curtains or shades.

Customized Drapes Lead Time

Standard shipping : 10-12 days.
Express shipping : 3-7 days. 

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within.
If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at support@twopagescurtains.com to confirm the time frame and order it in advance.

Once order(s) are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with carrier.

Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped by Carrier DHL eCommerce or USPS. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.

Curtains and shades are shipped by carrier DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. Door-to-door service. It might need your receive signature to ensure safe delivery.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for pick-up, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us ASAP before the order is shipped.

For packaging requirements, hardware and rods need to be separately shipped from drapery orders or shade orders.

Payment & Account

Any duties and VAT are on your side. The duties fees and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country custom.

For all products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the orders are shipped. Once order are shipped, you will be advised with carrier name and tracking number.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours (workday) of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 25% of the product price.

Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

Made-to-order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

We accept payments from all major banks. If you have some concerns, kindly contact us here

Please check your billing and payment details before trying again, or change to another payment card/method. If it still doesn't work, please contact the relevant banks or third party payment supporters(like paypal, pingpong and payoneer) for advice.

Kindly note that one order can only be paid with one credit card. If you want to pay with different cards, please divide the items into multiple orders.

For issues of accounts register, log in or bot authentication. Please kindly change to another browsers to use or switch to a stable network first then try again.

If your credit card payment is not being accepted, there could be several reasons:

Incorrect Card Details: Double-check that you’ve entered the correct card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

Card Restrictions: Some credit cards may restrict or block online transactions. Contact your card issuer to confirm no issues with your card.

Technical Issues: Occasionally, technical issues with the payment gateway or your bank may prevent the transaction. Try again later or use an alternative payment method.

Return & Refund

Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable. For more information, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them. If the products come defective when they arrive, please contact us within 7 daysupon receipt at support@twopagescurtains.com. We need you to provide the shipping label of the package, and photos to prove the package's status. We will inspect the products and if we agree with you that the products are defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging. 

Once returned items were received, we will inspect to ensure in brand-new conditiion, unused and with original tags and packaging. Then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). If you meet our return criteria and provide the above-mentioned product defect photos and shipping label, then we will provide a refund for the full cost of your purchase of this order immediately after we receive and confirm the return package, which will be returned to your original payment method within3-10 days.

  • Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for discount refund.
  • We don't offer refund to lost packages but we will send the replacement instead.

If you still failed to receive the refund in 3-10 days, it is possible that your original account has been frozen and the transaction cannot be continued. Please contact our customer service for further help at support@twopagescurtains.com

Refunded amounts are processed back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
