This fee is calculated at checkout or may be billed separately if the carrier identifies the address as remote after fulfillment.

Q: Can I choose a specific shipping carrier?

No. To guarantee the most efficient delivery, TWOPAGES automatically selects the best carrier (including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS) based on the destination country and package weight.

Q: Where do products ship from?

  • Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped from our domestic warehouses.
  • Curtains, blinds, and shades are shipped directly from our specialized vertical factories to your doorstep.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

No. To ensure secure door-to-door delivery, we only ship to physical street addresses.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order is picked up?

Unfortunately, once an order is picked up by the carrier, we cannot change the address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

Q: Will my entire order arrive in one package?

Not always. Due to packaging requirements and the unique shapes of hardware, drapery rods and hardware are shipped separately from custom drapery or shade orders.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?

  • United States: All fees, customs, and taxes are 100% covered by TWOPAGES. No extra charges upon delivery.
  • Other Major Regions (UK, AU, CA, EU): We cover standard duties and VAT in most cases.
  • Exceptions (Remote/Special Regions): For certain countries (e.g., Brazil, South Africa, remote islands) or special tax territories, local customs may impose import VAT, consumption tax, or clearance fees. These local charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs policy for international shipments.
