Hi Michael, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you like the bamboo shades and found them easy to install.
For unlined light-filtering bamboo shades, the lift system at the top of the headrail is part of the shade construction and may be slightly visible when natural light passes through.
If you prefer a cleaner, more uniform appearance with enhanced privacy and reduced light transmission, please feel free to contact us. We can help customize your bamboo shade with a valance that includes a full blackout liner, providing a more refined look and improved light control.
Our customer service team has also reached out to you by email to better understand your concerns and assist with a solution. We appreciate your feedback and support!
Best regards,
TWOPAGES Team
