That is why we offer the following services to help you order risk-free custom curtains:
- We offer free fabric swatches for you to feel the texture and see the color.
- We provide expert advice on measurement and selecting the collection that best fits your windows.
- Reasonable return requests will be accepted and handled within 30 days of receipt. Check out our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
- Installation of curtains or shades should be carried out under proper installation instructions. TWOPAGES provides detailed installation instructions for curtains and shades. Please install hooks or hardware carefully and gently to prevent damage to the fabric or shade lifting system.
* The return policy does not apply to any return or refund based on fabric selection if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed.
Limited Warranty
TWOPAGES Curtains provides high-quality window treatments and stands behind the materials and craftsmanship of its drapery, shades, and blinds. Warranty coverage varies by product type.
What Is Covered
We guarantee that our product will be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Should the product be defective, TWOPAGES Curtains will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
What Is Not Covered
- This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects, or pets, and deterioration of operating mechanisms over time.
- This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
- This limited warranty does not guarantee that products will not become obsolete in the future.
- This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
