I received my blinds so fast and the tracking was great. Customer service was amazing answering a few questions. I didn’t order a swatch but I found Alvin Boutique Blackout Cordless Roller Shades to be the exact colour online as in person. I’m so pleased and not sure why I worried. I’ll be ordering curtains next.

I was nervous at first, simply because I hadn't ever ordered drapes online, but the measurement finder made it so easy. They came in exactly as I had hoped. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was with the product and service I got. I was confused if I wanted lined or unlined Liz linen pinch pleat curtains. They reach out to me as I ordered both and obvious I would return whichever I didn’t like. They guided me thru the process and I could not be happier. The quality is amazing. I opted for the unlined and they offer complete privacy but let the light in which is what we wanted. Also ordered with blackout for bedroom. You will definitely not be disappointed!
