Cancellation Policy
For All Products Excluding Made-to-Order Items
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will receive the carrier name and tracking number.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.
Made-to-Order Products
- More than 12 hours after an order is placed, customers are responsible for 25% of the product price for any cancellation request or change request, including changes to size, color, material, or customer information.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
