Any customer who wishes to create customized window treatments using their own fabric—whether an individual homeowner, interior designer, or design studio—may apply for our C.O.M. Program. This program is designed to offer greater freedom and flexibility for those who value personalized design and high-quality craftsmanship.
Yes. For standard C.O.M. orders, you will purchase your preferred fabric from the supplier of your choice and send it to TWOPAGES. We will then craft it into beautifully customized furnishings tailored to your project.
You are responsible for shipping your fabric to TWOPAGES. For your convenience, TWOPAGES can arrange carrier pickup directly from your location. Shipping fees will be calculated based on your address and package details.
Before shipping your fabric, please make sure that the material type, pattern direction, and size are suitable for the product you wish to customize (such as curtains, Roman shades, or pillow covers).
We recommend confirming the usable width, pattern repeat, and total yardage with your supplier or fabric label in advance to ensure it meets production requirements.
If you are unsure, our C.O.M. specialists will be happy to review your fabric details before you ship it to us.
For your convenience, TWOPAGES offers a carrier pickup service directly from your location. Please contact com@twopagescurtains.com to confirm pickup details, shipping arrangements, and applicable fees.
Please package your fabric securely to protect it during transit, whether you arrange your own shipping or use the TWOPAGES Pickup Service. We recommend placing your fabric in a securely sealed rectangular box, folding it neatly, and keeping it as flat as possible to minimize package size. Use moisture-resistant packaging and take precautions to prevent stains, damage, or other shipping-related issues.
Avoid rolls, loose wrapping, or irregularly shaped packages, as carriers may charge additional handling or oversize fees, which can significantly increase shipping costs.

After submission, our customer service team will contact you within 1–2 business days to review your fabric details and customization requirements. Once everything is confirmed, your order will proceed to production, where you’ll enjoy TWOPAGES’ professional service and fully customized experience.

Before production begins, we will confirm the required fabric amount based on your product specifications and fabric information. In most cases, only a small amount of fabric will remain after production.
If you would like to receive any leftover fabric, please contact our team in advance. We can arrange to return the remaining fabric together with your finished products.
