To ensure fabric meet your expectation, we encourage you to order Fabric Sample Booklet before ordering customized drapes finally.

The following conditions do not qualify for return for drapes, blinds and shades.

• Misunderstood the image of the product.
• Items do not fit properly but were made accurately. 
• Drapes are too heavy.
• Not the color you wanted.
• Change of mind / No longer wants it.
• Not the quality you wanted.
• Ordered the wrong item by mistake. 
• Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1% is treated as industry acceptable.
• Order come later than expected.
• Item were ordered by mistake.
• Fabric dye lot.

In these conditions, we accept return.

• You received wrong items (photo as proof are needed).
• The items were damaged (photo as proof are needed).
• Not as described (photo as proof are needed).
