I’m disappointed with the final product. The bottom of both panels are not even. Both sides at the bottom curve upward. That is the quality I get when buying from the local stores. The very reason I decided to spend the extra money.
Hello! Memory shaping will produce different results depending on the fabric. Creases may be caused by logistics or long term storage in the bag. You can try ironing the curtains, which usually solves the problem.
Looks very nice, had a difficult time deciding between the White and the Beige White, I finally ordered the beige white. Looking forward to receiving them.
The custom blind itself came cut to fit our window perfectly. I paid extra for the lined blind. Installation went well. BUT!! For a custom blind that was not inexpensive--the opening and closing "chain" is plastic! As is the housing for the chain. It feels brittle in my hand. It will likely break within a year or so from opening and closing. The plastic doesn't even feel high quality--it feels very cheap. And it doesn't hang properly, the "chain" or chord is stiff and looks awkward. It truly does not match the blind quality itself and I am very disappointed. :( Definitely would NOT order again based on the cheap chord.
I was so glad I made the decision to spend just a bit of money and buy this sample set to ensure the color choice for our Chad Made Drapes. Relying on the computer samples was a bit terrifying, especially since our drapes were being custom made and non-returnable. The samples arrived amazingly fast, within two days! The samples are attached in such a way that I could pull apart several choices at one time to compare them against each other. Each sample has a nice label attached to the back for easy reference. The sample set is sturdy and everything is held together with good hardware.
If you’re going to invest in custom drapes, you need to spend the few dollars for the swatch booklets. I’m definitely glad that I did.
