We provide in-home service based on the appointment time you select.
Please choose a time slot at least 3 days from today, so we have enough time to
dispatch a technician. Our technicians strive to arrive promptly within your selected time slot.
If we are unable to accommodate your chosen time slot, our team will contact you to reschedule for the next available time.
If any of the following situations occur, they may result in non-refundable service fees and additional rescheduling charges.
Customer-Responsible Situations:
1. Last-Minute Cancellation
Service is canceled after the technician is en route or on-site.
2. Incorrect Product or Size
Customer-selected products (measured or chosen independently) do not fit or cannot be installed.
3. Site Not Ready
Installation not possible due to:
- Drilling restrictions
- Incomplete renovation
- Unstable or cluttered environment
- Wall or window frame conditions are unsuitable for installation
4. Wrong Appointment Info
Incorrect address, contact, or site details prevent service from proceeding.
5. No-Show or Late Arrival
Customer fails to show up or respond within 15–30 minutes of the scheduled time.
6. Order Quantity Mismatch
If the quantity of products ordered by the customer differs from the actual number of windows or items requiring measurement or installation on-site, additional service fees may apply.
7. Incorrect Use of Measurement Data
Measurement data collected by the technician must be entered into our app to generate an official report. Orders placed using raw measurement data or data not submitted via the app may result in products that do not fit. TWOPAGES is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect use of measurement data.
8. Reinstallation Requested by Customer
If the installation has been completed correctly and the customer later requests a return visit for reinstallation, adjustments, or changes due to personal preference or other non-installation-related reasons, additional service fees will apply.
