30 days warranty for the Service

We provide in-home service based on the appointment time you select.

Please choose a time slot at least 3 days from today, so we have enough time to
dispatch a technician. In most cases, we will arrive at the time you selected.

If we are unable to accommodate your chosen time slot, our team will contact you to reschedule for the next available time.

If any of the following situations occur, the responsibility will be attributed to the customer. Service fees will not be refunded, and any rescheduling will incur an additional service charge.

Customer-Responsible Situations:
1. Last-Minute Cancellation
Service is canceled after the technician is en route or on-site.

2. Incorrect Product or Size
Customer-selected products (measured or chosen independently) do not fit or cannot be installed.

3. Site Not Ready
Installation not possible due to:

  • Drilling restrictions
  • Incomplete renovation
  • Unstable or cluttered environment

4. Wrong Appointment Info
Incorrect address, contact, or site details prevent service from proceeding.

5. No-Show or Late Arrival
Customer fails to show up or respond within 15–30 minutes of the scheduled time.

6. Order Quantity Mismatch
If the quantity of products ordered by the customer differs from the actual number of windows or items requiring measurement or installation on-site, additional service fees may apply.

  5. Fill in the required details based on your selection.
  6. Complete your payment to confirm your booking.

To make the process efficient:

  • Ensure clear access to all windows to be measured.
  • Remove any obstructions (existing curtains, furniture, etc.).

Once your purchase of the In-Home Installation Service is completed, you’ll receive a call from us within 24 hours to confirm your appointment time.

After the visit:

  • You will receive the measurement details.
  • Our team will assist you in placing an order for the perfect custom curtains.

Generally, once you complete your purchase, the booking is confirmed. We will reach out only in the following situations:

  • Your selected appointment is within 3 days of payment, and thus, the originally chosen time slot is too soon to guarantee technician availability.
  • Your selected appointment is 3 or more days out, but our service team is unable to schedule a technician for that slot.

In either case, you’ll receive an email from us to select a new appointment time.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. After that window, rescheduling may incur additional fees.

Yes, discounts available on the website can be applied to the order, but you cannot combine multiple discounts.

We offer a 30-day warranty for the in-home service.

Please note: Certain situations are considered customer-responsible and may void the refund eligibility or incur additional charges, such as:

  • Last-minute cancellation when the technician is already en route or on-site.
  • Product size or selection errors caused by the customer.
  • Site not ready for installation (e.g., cluttered, drilling restricted, unfinished renovation).
  • Incorrect appointment details (address, contact).
  • No-show or being late 15-30 minutes without notice.

If such conditions occur, service fees may not be refunded, and rescheduling may cost extra.
