Design Consultation

Yes. Your initial design consultation is completely complimentary. During this session, our specialists will review your space, discuss your needs, and recommend tailored window treatment solutions.

Our design consultation is conducted online via email communication. You can share photos, window measurements, and your design preferences, and our specialists will provide personalized recommendations and guidance.

During the consultation, our curtain specialists will learn about your space, window sizes, lighting, privacy needs, and interior style. We will recommend fabrics, header styles, lining options, and hardware to create a cohesive look for your home.

Not at all. Many customers come to us unsure about fabrics, fullness, or header styles. Our job is to simplify the process and guide you toward the best options for your space and lifestyle.

Measurement Support

  • Choose Virtual Measurement if you are comfortable using a tape measure and want guided help.
  • Choose In-Home Service if you prefer a completely hands-off experience with professional measurement and installation.

You only need a tape measure and a phone or computer. Our specialist will guide you step-by-step to ensure accurate measurements.

Once your measurements are ready, you can enter them into our measurement app to generate a clear, easy-to-follow report. From there, placing your order is simple and straightforward.

Custom Order

Not at all. Our menu-based ordering system guides you step-by-step through fabric, size, header style, lining, and hardware options, making the process clear and easy to follow.

Because all curtains are custom made, changes are only possible within a short time after the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Production timelines vary depending on fabric and customization. 95% of orders are completed and shipped within 5–12 days via express delivery.

Installation Assistance
