Beautiful on all of the windows in my kitchen! Very happy with this purchase. I had be dreaming about adding cafe curtains for a long time. Thought I was going to have them custom made and then they popped up here in a fabric I really liked.
Product arrived defective, company refused to help
I was really looking forward to my order. Before purchasing, the staff were helpful with measurements and answering questions, so I felt confident placing an order worth nearly $3,000–$4,000.
However, when the products arrived, one of the Roman shades had a very obvious stain on it. It was clearly a defective item. I contacted customer service right away, but instead of taking responsibility, they kept avoiding the issue and tried to offer me a $50 partial refund as a solution.
This is not about $50. The item arrived defective, and the company should take responsibility for that. A stained product should not be sent to a customer in the first place.
If you are considering ordering from this company, please be aware that if there are any issues with your order, they may not stand behind their products or properly resolve problems.
I was also surprised because the reviews looked very positive, which gave me confidence at first. After this experience, I can’t help but question whether those reviews fully reflect real customer experiences.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the way the issue was handled.
I used to foster kittens, and I had the snagged up sheers to show for it. When I was picking out new window treatments, I was sure to get the most durable sheers I could, even though my two kitties are older and aren’t particularly active. I had not planned to adopt kittens any time soon, but two of them (Ollie and Theo) showed up in my life about a month after my Bella sheers did, and they put them to the test.
Playing amongst the curtains is one of their favorite things to do, and the sheers have held up beautifully. At one point, I found Ollie attached to the sheers about two feet off the ground, spread eagle, holding on for dear life with the claws on all four feet. After I removed him, I looked for damage and found none. These sheers live up to the hype!
