Bring your own fabric to life with TWOPAGES. Our C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material) service lets you create custom home furnishings using the fabric you love.

Suitable for curtains, Roman shades, and cushions.

Simply submit your product specifications and fabric information to place your order. Once we receive your fabric, our artisans will craft it into beautifully finished custom pieces.

Notes:

  • For Day & Night Roman Shades and Valanced Day & Night Roman Shades, the sheer layer will be provided using TWOPAGES' standard sheer fabric.

  • Lining can only be added to the fabric layer and cannot be applied to the sheer layer.

  • For pickup, fold the fabric neatly and pack it flat in a securely sealed rectangular box to avoid additional handling or oversize fees.

How can I send my fabric to TWOPAGES?

For your convenience, TWOPAGES offers a carrier pickup service directly from your location. Please contact trade@twopagescurtains.com to confirm pickup details, shipping arrangements, and applicable fees.

How should I package my fabric for shipping?

Please package your fabric securely to protect it during transit, whether you arrange your own shipping or use the TWOPAGES Pickup Service. We recommend placing your fabric in a securely sealed rectangular box, folding it neatly, and keeping it as flat as possible to minimize package size. Use moisture-resistant packaging and take precautions to prevent stains, damage, or other shipping-related issues.

Avoid rolls, loose wrapping, or irregularly shaped packages, as carriers may charge additional handling or oversize fees, which can significantly increase shipping costs.

How do I know how many yards of fabric I need to send for my C.O.M. order?

After placing your C.O.M. order, please contact trade@twopagescurtains.com. Our team will help confirm the required fabric yardage for your customization.

How do I confirm the ordering size for curtains or roman shades?

How many Trim Service items should I add to my cart?

The Trim Service is charged per TWOPAGES product. Please add one Trim Service item for each TWOPAGES product you would like to customize.

For example, if you would like to apply trim to 5 TWOPAGES products, please add 5 Trim Service items to your cart.

Can I receive my leftover fabric after my C.O.M. order is completed?

Before production begins, we will confirm the required fabric amount based on your product specifications and fabric information. In most cases, only a small amount of fabric will remain after production.

If you would like to receive any leftover fabric, please contact our team in advance. We can arrange to return the remaining fabric together with your finished products.

Can I use discount codes for C.O.M. orders?

Yes. C.O.M. orders placed through our Customer’s Own Material Service follow the same discount policy as regular orders. Eligible discount codes can be applied during checkout.
