I was really looking forward to my order. Before purchasing, the staff were helpful with measurements and answering questions, so I felt confident placing an order worth nearly $3,000–$4,000.
However, when the products arrived, one of the Roman shades had a very obvious stain on it. It was clearly a defective item. I contacted customer service right away, but instead of taking responsibility, they kept avoiding the issue and tried to offer me a $50 partial refund as a solution.
This is not about $50. The item arrived defective, and the company should take responsibility for that. A stained product should not be sent to a customer in the first place.
If you are considering ordering from this company, please be aware that if there are any issues with your order, they may not stand behind their products or properly resolve problems.
I was also surprised because the reviews looked very positive, which gave me confidence at first. After this experience, I can’t help but question whether those reviews fully reflect real customer experiences.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and the way the issue was handled.
