1. Keep the mounting bracket clear of lift mechanism parts to prevent any damage.

2. When raising or lowering, pull from the rail center only. Aviod pulling from the side, as it may cause the cord reel to windunevenly.

3. To lower the shade when fully raised, pull down the bottom rail first, then adjust the top rail to the desired height.Do not pull the top rail straight down.

FAQs

  • For inside mount no-drill cellular shades, yes — please deduct 1/8" from your measured width yourself. For example, if your window casing width is 50", you should order 49 7/8".
  • For outside mount, no deduction is needed.

The small plastic handle attached to the bottom rail is used to raise and lower the shade.

For top-down, day-night cellular shade, two plastic handles attached to the middle rail is used to raise and lower the top of the shade.

To measure your windows, use a steel tape measure and record the width and height of the window opening. For inside mounts, measure the width at the top, middle, and bottom, and use the narrowest measurement. For height, measure the left, center, and right, and use the longest measurement. For outside mounts, add extra width and height to ensure full coverage.

It is recommended to wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh soaps or detergents that may damage the fabric.

  • Ensure the window frame is level and brackets are installed evenly.
  • Double-check measurements before ordering.
  • Follow the installation instructions carefully to avoid misalignment.
