You can earn points in multiple ways:

• Sign up: Get 500 points when you create an account.
• Make a purchase: Earn 2 point per $1 spent (Limited time).
• Social sharing: Share our products or promotions on social media to get 100 points per share.
• Leave a review: Earn 500 points for each approved product review.
• Refer a friend: Get a $50 gift card when they make their first purchase. Your friend gets a $50 off coupon too!
• Celebrate your birthday: Get 100 points when you enter your birthday.

Go to the "Ways to Earn" section in the rewards dashboard. Enter your birthday details under “Celebrate a Birthday.”

Note: You must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to qualify.

We offer three membership tiers:

• Bronze (0-2,499 points) – Earn 2 point per $1 spent
• Silver (2,500-4,999 points) – Earn 2 point per $1 spent + $20 gift card
• Gold (5,000+ points) – Earn 2 points per $1 spent + $50 gift card

Go to "Ways to Redeem" in your rewards dashboard. 50 points = $1, which can be applied at checkout. Points can be used alongside store discounts.

Unfortunately, points cannot be earned on past purchases. Make sure you're logged into your account before placing an order to earn rewards.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Unused points will expire.

No, redeemed rewards cannot be returned or refunded. Make sure to use your points wisely!

If you’d like to leave our rewards program, please contact our customer support team. Keep in mind that canceling your membership will delete all your earned points and cannot be reversed.
