FAQs

Do I have to buy anything to be a WIN studio?

No — never. Joining WIN is free and stays free. You can receive leads, earn commission and remain a partner without buying a single fixture. This store is a tool, not a toll.

Do I need a display system to join WIN?

No. A display system is entirely optional and is never a condition of joining WIN. However, if you meet clients in person, we strongly recommend setting up at least a starter display. A client who cannot touch the fabric or experience a blind in person is making a decision without the full experience. A physical display helps turn your local, face-to-face advantage into more confident custom orders.

Is the display system worth the investment?

Yes. The display system is an investment in your own sales. You earn commission on every order these fixtures help you close, so they work for your business — not ours. Your account manager can review your space, discuss your goals, and help you understand the potential value before you invest.

Will buying more get me more leads?

No. Leads are routed by service area, response time and client outcomes — never by what you've purchased. A fast, excellent studio with no display outranks a slow one with a full showroom.

What exactly can I buy here?

You can buy the Modular Display System as a hardware fixture, any of the three complete category display systems for drapery, Roman shades or blinds, and the individual fabric-selection furniture. Each category system is sold as one configured set with the products, samples and styling materials shown.

How do payment and delivery work?

Add items to your cart and check out securely online. These are made to order, so your configuration is confirmed and the piece ships flat in about 4–6 weeks.

Who owns the fixtures?

You do, outright, once purchased. Arrange them however suits your space — and if you ever leave WIN, you keep them.

Are these photos the real product?

The images are prototype product renders built from our real fixture spec sheets. Final production pieces may vary slightly; your account manager can share current samples.
