TWOPAGES FRAME YOU MOMENT CHALLENGE OFFICIAL TREMS

Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the TWOPAGES FRAME YOUR MOMENT CHALLENGE ("Challenge”). By participating, you agree to be bound by all terms outlined below. You must be 18 years of age or older to take part in the Challenge.

1.GENERAL
1.1 Ownership. The TWOPAGES FRAME YOUR MOMENT CHALLENGE is organized and operated by TWOPAGES, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TWOPAGES,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “you” or “your” refer to participants engaging with the Challenge and related services.
1.2 TWOPAGES FRAMES YOUR MOMENT CHALLENGE. The Challenge invites participants to capture meaningful moments in their lives through the frame of a window. With the open-ended theme, “Frame Your Moment,” participants are encouraged to express what matters most to them in any creative format, whether through photos or videos. Selected entries will have the opportunity to win cash prizes and additional awards.
1.3 Right to Modify or Cancel. TWOPAGES reserves the right to interpret, amend, suspend, or cancel the Challenge or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

2.Eligibility
The Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There are no nationality restrictions.
Employees of TWOPAGES, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. CHALLENGE PERIOD
The Frame Your Moment Challenge begins on July 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on September 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.
All entries must be submitted within the Challenge Period to be eligible. Entries submitted before or after the Challenge Period will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To participate in the TWOPAGES FRAME YOUR MOMENT CHALLENGE, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the Challenge Period:
Step 1: Create an original photo or video that reflects your interpretation of the Challenge theme, “Frame Your Moment."
Step 2: Post it on Instagram and/or TikTok. The caption should include the required hashtags #FrameYourMoment and #TWOPAGESChallenge, and tag @twopagescurtains in your post.
Step 3: Submit your entry by sharing the post link through the official TWOPAGES Challenge submission page.
All entries must be publicly visible at the time of submission and remain public until winners are announced.

5. JUDGING CRITERIA
Only entries posted during the Challenge Period will be eligible for judging. Posts published before or after the Challenge Period will not be considered.
Eligible entries will be evaluated after the Challenge Period has ended.
◎Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3: Winners will be determined based on the total number of public likes received on their submitted Instagram or TikTok post as of the judging date. In the event of a tie, TWOPAGES reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.
◎Best Storytelling Award: Selected by the TWOPAGES judging panel based on storytelling, creativity, emotional impact, and how well the entry reflects the Challenge theme.
◎Drama Queen/King Award: Selected by the TWOPAGES judging panel for the most entertaining or unexpected moment captured in an entry.
◎The Real Boss Award: Selected by the TWOPAGES judging panel for the entry in which a child or pet steals the spotlight in the most memorable way.
◎Lucky Participation Award: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Challenge Period.
All judging decisions made by TWOPAGES are final and binding.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZE CLAIMING
6.1 Announcement. Winners will be officially announced on October 1, 2026 (PT) via TWOPAGES' official channels, including the website and social media platforms. In addition, winners will be notified directly via email.
6.2 Claiming Requirements. To claim their prize, winners must submit the required information (such as identification and bank account details) within 7 days of receiving the notification. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. CONTEST INTEGRITY & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
To maintain a fair competition, participants are strictly prohibited from using any tools, bots, automated systems, paid engagement services, or other artificial means to increase likes or engagement. Any entry found engaging in such manipulation will be disqualified immediately, and any prizes will be revoked.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
8.1. Originality. Participants must ensure that their entries are their own original work or the original work of their team and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, or trademark rights. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Directly copying or substantially imitating another person’s design.
• Using AI-generated content as the main creative element (AI may be used as a supporting tool only).
• Submitting existing product designs that have already been commercialized.
8.2. Ownership of Content. All content made available through any TWOPAGES Challenge platform—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and design materials—is the property of TWOPAGES or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.
8.3. Rights Reserved. TWOPAGES reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Participation in the Challenge does not confer or imply any license or right to use TWOPAGES’ intellectual property unless explicitly authorized in writing.
8.4. User Submissions and Feedback. By submitting any photo, video, comment, suggestion, review, or other content ("Submissions") through any TWOPAGES platform, you agree that TWOPAGES has the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content worldwide in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your Submissions and that they do not violate any third-party rights.
8.5. Content Compliance Requirements. All submitted entries must comply with standards of public decency. By submitting content to the TWOPAGES Challenge, you agree not to submit or promote any material that contains or could reasonably be interpreted as:
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Derogatory, discriminatory, or hateful statements, including but not limited to those targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or family status, disability, genetic traits, or criminal background.
• Incitement to violence or encouragement of dangerous or unlawful behavior.
• Terrorism, organized crime, or other illegal activity.
• Insensitive or offensive commentary related to natural disasters, armed conflicts, death, public health emergencies, or other tragic events.
• Harassment, threats, or bullying of any kind.
• Promotion or depiction of dangerous products, illegal drugs, or misuse of tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Unregulated or suspicious financial activity, including cryptocurrency-related transactions.
• False, misleading, or unverifiable health or medical claims.
• Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Content for which you do not possess the legal rights to submit, display, or share.
• Any material considered illegal, offensive, or restricted under applicable laws or regulations.
TWOPAGES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, disqualify, or report any content that violates these Terms.

9. BREACH & PENALTIES
9.1. Disqualification for Infringement. If an entry is found to infringe on intellectual property rights, the participant will be disqualified immediately, and any awarded prizes and honors will be revoked.
9.2. Legal Liability and Compensation. If a third-party claim arises due to infringement, the participant shall bear full legal responsibility and compensate TWOPAGES for any reputational damage caused, with a minimum compensation amount of $5,000 USD.

10. Errors
TWOPAGES strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the Contest. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur in promotional materials, on the official website, or in other communications. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time without prior notice, including after an entry has been submitted. This includes the right to modify, clarify, or update contest details, dates, and eligibility.

11. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
11.1 Force Majeure. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemic-related disruptions, power outages, or internet service failures.
11.2 Suspension or Modification. In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the TWOPAGES Challenge, including deadlines, prize distribution, or contest-related activities, without liability. Our obligations will be paused for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimize its impact and resume fulfillment as soon as possible.

12. DISCLAIMERS
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, AS IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF TWOPAGES TO YOU.
(1) Participation in the TWOPAGES Challenge is at the entrant's own risk. TWOPAGES provides all contest-related materials and services "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information related to the Contest.
(2) TWOPAGES is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or failures in website access, internet connectivity, email delivery, or submission uploads that may affect participation. We also disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the challenge or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
(3) Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Challenge or any related services is to discontinue participation.
