TWOPAGES C.O.M. Program

Any customer who wishes to customize window treatments using their own fabric—whether an individual homeowner, interior designer, or design studio—may apply for our C.O.M. Program. This program is designed to offer greater freedom and flexibility for those who value personalized design and high-quality craftsmanship.

Yes. For standard C.O.M. orders, you'll purchase your preferred fabric from the supplier of your choice and send it to TWOPAGES. We'll then craft it into beautifully customized furnishings tailored to your project.

You'll cover the shipping cost of sending your fabric to TWOPAGES. You can choose to have TWOPAGES arrange a pickup for your fabric (shipping charges apply) or ship it directly to us using your preferred carrier.

Before shipping your fabric, please make sure that the material type, pattern direction, and size are suitable for the product you wish to customize (such as curtains, Roman shades, or pillow covers).

We recommend confirming the usable width, pattern repeat, and total yardage with your supplier or fabric label in advance to ensure it meets production requirements.

If you are unsure, our customer service team will be happy to review your fabric details before you ship it to us.

Please pack your fabric in a securely sealed rectangular box. Fold the fabric neatly and keep it as flat as possible to minimize the package size. Avoid rolls, loose wrapping, or irregularly shaped packages, as carriers may charge additional handling or oversize fees, significantly increasing the pickup cost.

Please choose a shipping service with duties and taxes prepaid, preferably DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where available. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees must be paid by the sender. Shipments with unpaid charges may be delayed, returned, or subject to additional fees.

After submission, our customer service team will contact you within 1–2 business days to verify your fabric details and customization requirements. Once everything is confirmed, your order will proceed to production, where you’ll enjoy TWOPAGES’ professional service and fully customized experience.

We offer two options for sending your fabric:

• TWOPAGES Pickup Service
Please contact trade@twopagescurtains.com to arrange pickup details, shipping arrangements, and related shipping fees.

• Self Shipping to TWOPAGES Factory
You may also choose to ship the fabric directly to the TWOPAGES factory. Once your fabric has been shipped, please contact trade@twopagescurtains.com with the tracking number and shipping carrier information.

Fabric Packaging Requirements: Please package your fabric securely to help prevent damage during transit. We recommend protecting your fabric from moisture, stains, and potential damage during shipping to ensure it arrives safely.

After placing your C.O.M. order, please contact trade@twopagescurtains.com. Our team will help confirm the required fabric yardage for your customization.

Before production begins, we will confirm the required fabric amount based on your product specifications and fabric information. In most cases, only a small amount of fabric will remain after production.

If you would like to receive any leftover fabric, please contact our team in advance. We can arrange to return the remaining fabric together with your finished products.
