Designer Project Shooting Agreement

1.  Parties to the Agreement:

This agreement is entered into by and between:

Designer:

Purpose: This agreement aims to define the rights and obligations of both parties during the filming of a designer interview video, ensuring a smooth process and safeguarding mutual interests.

Project Introduction: The primary objective of this designer project is to conduct video and photo shoots for use by the designer featuring products from the company. The purpose is to provide inspiration for product usage to a broader audience and to showcase the designer's creative concepts.

2.  Agreement Contents:

 Responsibilities

a. The Company will:

. Provide a professional shooting team for the video shoot.

. Handle all aspects of the video production process, including shooting, editing, and finalizing the video or other visual materials.

. Supply the necessary products for use in the project, as per the filming requirements. Use the video or other visual materials for commercial purposes at no cost.

. The Company and the Designer are not required to pay any fees to each other.

b. The Designer will:

. Provide the house for the project at no additional cost.

. Create and provide the script for the project, with assistance from the Company for content creation.

. No additional fees required for assisting in brand promotion.

. The Company and the Designer are not required to pay any fees to each other. 

Intellectual Property:

. The Company will have full rights to use, distribute, and commercialize all the visual materials without any restrictions.

. The Designer retains the right to use the visual materials for their own commercial purposes, provided such use does not harm the Company or conflict with the Company's interests.

Compensation:

. The Company will cover all costs associated with the shooting team and video production.

. Any additional expenses related to the shoot (e.g., property damage, special equipment) will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before incurring such costs.

Confidentiality:

. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information and trade secrets disclosed during the course of this Agreement.

Effective Date and Termination:

This agreement s hall become effective upon signature by both parties.
