Not enough rings

I ordered this rod and rings to hang a curtain I already had. I love the rod, but had a lot of trouble with the company. Missing set screw in the finial , for one.Also, they only send 8 rings per panel. Mine required 11. When I went to order more, they didn't have the finish I needed. (Antique Bronze) Frustrating.
