FAQs
How do I choose the right rod length?
Measure your full coverage area, not just the window width. We recommend adding 6"–15" on each side for better curtain coverage and stacking.
Note that the order length includes the finials.
How much of the rod can I actually hang curtains on?
The usable length is your order length minus the finials on both sides. For example, a 100" rod with 3 1/2" finials on each side gives you about 93" of usable space.
Will the curtains glide past the brackets?
No. The brackets are not bypass brackets, so curtain panels stop at each bracket. For rods with more than two brackets, we recommend splitting your panels so each one sits between brackets.
What’s included with my rod?
Every rod comes with brackets, two finials, a set of rings as our free gift, at 10 rings per 40 inches (including 2 special end rings), and installation accessories (hex key, screws). Rods over 90" are made in sections and include connectors.
Can I buy extra brackets or rings?
Yes, kindly purchase additional rings here. Regarding brackets, please contact our customer service team promptly after placing your order, and we’ll help you add them.

First time buying curtains online, no prior experience with measuring or different header types. Was initially wary, but after getting quotes locally, the price was less than half so gave it a shot. The website was easy to navigate with good tutorials on how to measure. Shipping to Canada was amazingly quick to the point where it surprised me. Black Birkin Velvet Curtains were packaged well and in a way to minimize wrinkles. Was going to steam but after hanging a few days the few wrinkles went away. The hangers they came with are also amazing, they adjust up and down a few inches with a ratchet system so that the curtains can be hung at perfect height without the old school "S" hooks. If you're new to online curtains, go for it. The quality is great, you'll save a bundle, and it will likely go better than you imagine.
