This traverse curtain rod is not compatible with pull cords or cord-draw systems.
Best suited for solid walls. Hollow wall installation is possible with lightweight curtains; load-bearing capacity should be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

FAQs
How do I choose the right rod length?
Measure your full coverage area, not just the window width. We recommend adding 6"–15" on each side for better curtain coverage and stacking.
Note that the order length includes the finials.
How much of the rod can I actually hang curtains on?
The usable length is your order length minus the finials on both sides. For example, a 100" rod with 3 1/2" finials on each side gives you about 93" of usable space.
Will the brackets block my curtains from opening and closing?
No. The carriers glide beneath the rod, so they pass the brackets without getting stuck.
Can I install it on a hollow wall?
The rod works best on solid walls. Hollow-wall installation is possible with lightweight curtains, but load capacity depends on your wall. Contact our team if you’re unsure.
Can I add a pull wand?
This traverse rod is not compatible with pull cords or cord-draw systems. Ripple Fold Curtains purchased with the Cato rod come with the overlap carrier or wand hanger needed for a pull wand (sold separately). See the Ripple Fold product page for details.

These curtains are a great price for a customized item. I ordered two café curtains in different colors and measurements were accurate on both. If you want a bit fuller look, I would recommend adding a few inches to your window width. I requested a few colored samples from two pages and they sent me an entire look book for the Liz Lennon. It was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out my colors and what they would look like during different times of day plus now, I have a pack of options for when I furnish other rooms in my house. Attached pictures are in the color peacock, with privacy 60% shading. First picture is in natural daylight second with an overhead light on. Color is a little more green in person.

lovely, though not worth paying for memory training
The color I am happy with, but they came extremely wrinkled even after paying for memory training. We have previously purchased the Liz Linen curtains memory trained and they were a dream! Expected the same ease with these since they are more expensive than the Liz ones, but I’m gonna have to do a lot of work to unwrinkle these sadly!! Customer service refunded me for the issue, though they defended it as normal with this fabric. Grateful for the refund but just FYI if you are hoping they come flat — they won’t!
