Key Features

  • Flexible Separation: Curtains glide along the L-shaped track to define corners or shared spaces, then gather back to reconnect areas as needs change.

Measurement Guidelines

How to Measure Your L-Shaped Room Divider Curtain

Step 1: Measure Your Track Layout

Decide on the area to divide, then measure A and B  using the L-Shaped Track Section Guide diagram.

Choose the lengths that best fit your space. Select A first, then choose from the available B lengths.

  • A: 4/ 6/ 8/ 10 ft.
  • B: 4/ 6/ 8/ 10/ 12 ft.

Either side can be positioned on the left or right to suit your layout.

Finished curtain width is calculated automatically from the combined lengths selected for sides A and B (A + B).

Step 2: Choose Your Suspension Rod Height

Suspension rods connect the track to the ceiling and hold it in place.

Select 10 inches or 22 inches, measured from the ceiling to the top of the track.

The top and bottom adjusters allow approx. 2 inches of extra height in total:

  • 10-inch rod: extends to 12 inches.
  • 22-inch rod: extends to 24 inches.

Step 3: Calculate Your Finished Curtain Height

Finished curtain height is measured from the track runner eyelet to the bottom hem.

  • Measure vertically from the ceiling mounting surface to the floor.
  • Subtract your suspension rod height and 1¾ inches for the track and carriers.
  • Round any fractional result UP to the next whole inch. Enter whole inches only.

Curtain height = Ceiling-to-floor height − Desired rod height − 1¾ inches

Example: For a ceiling-to-floor height of 108 inches and a desired rod height of 10 inches:108 − 10 − 1¾ = 96¼ inches. Round up and enter 97.

Double-check your selected track sizes, total curtain width, desired rod height, and finished curtain height before ordering.

Vertical Seam

Seam Guide

A seam is the stitched line where two pieces of fabric are joined together. For finished curtains, seams may be needed when the selected width or length exceeds the available fabric size. In this case, additional fabric is carefully joined to create the required curtain size.

This construction method is common for wider or longer custom curtains. It is industry-standard practice and does not indicate a defect or quality issue. In most installations, seam blends naturally into the folds of the curtain once hung.

Vertical Seam (Double Width): For curtains exceeding certain size limits, Vertical Seam may be required. Since size limits vary by header style and fabric collection, pleated headers may need extra fabric width for proper fullness. Two fabric widths are sewn together vertically to achieve the desired fullness and coverage.

No Seam Required: Finished curtains within specific width and length ranges can be made without seams.

Seam requirements depending on: Header style, fabric collection, and curtain size.

If you are unsure about Seam requirements, please contact us at support@twopagescurtains.com for assistance with your specific measurements and fabric choice.

Size Limitations for Memory-Shaping Process
We accommodate two different size configurations:

Option 1: Width ≤ 236 inches, Height ≤ 145 inches
Option 2: Width ≤ 160 inches, Height ≤ 255 inches

Please ensure your custom size falls within one of the above ranges.

Measure the space once to order curtains, track, and matching hardware in one set. Custom-sized curtains and a matching track configuration provide a tailored fit for the layout.

More Personal Space

The L-shaped track frames two adjoining sides of a bed, workspace, or hobby area, fitting naturally into room corners. This soft boundary gives individual activities a more defined place within a shared room.

Flexible Space Division

An L-shaped divider lets work and living areas function separately or together. Fully drawn, the curtains create a boundary along two adjoining sides; gathered back, they reconnect the areas.
