I was disappointed with the product, but customer service saved the day!
I explained to them the issues I had with the product and quickly offered a replacement. However, their solution wouldn’t have worked for me because of the issues I explain below. They refunded the money as a gift card and I was able to place a new order for another product that met my needs. This is the third product I’ve purchased from them, I had no significant complaints about the other two. We loved the high quality and the design.

I specifically ordered blackout shades, and these do not meet that description. I don’t think they should sell those brackets for outside mounting because the brackets are positioned too far from the door, allowing significant light to pass through the sides. Additionally, I don’t think they should advertise the Roman shades with ribs as blackout because there are visible holes throughout the fabric—especially at the stitching points—where light easily shines through. Something else I was disappointed by is that the ribs inside the shade are not secured, as they need a little pockets at the end to hold them in place. As a result, they keept sliding out during the installation.
the chain holder needs redesign, I was not able to get it to work. The plastic that connects the two ends of the loop chain is too large to fit through the holder.
