Love the way the hooks hang down, rather than sideways, less chance of hooks popping out.. Fit together well, quite easy to install. Would like to order more of hooks that go in the tracks, but don't see that option

A great experience. Everything came as designed and ordered. Customer Service is exceptional.
Only issue which was my error is when cutting the track, becareful not to bend it as it created an off alignment the the wheels get caught on. I filed the edge down a tad to make the joint smooth for operation of the curtain wheels

Great for a smooth ceiling installation

It paired great with the curtain that I purchased. It came well packaged and with super easy instructions. The box came with a lot of accessories, including a small saw.
The delivery was super fast!

Just OK

The tracks are OK. I do not recommend them for wall to wall or larger spaces. We did 19 ft wall to wall curtains which meant several 3-6 ft tracks connected to make up the 19 ft. You can see where all of the tracks connect and it just doesn’t look good when the curtains are open.

Drapes are useless! No hanging hardware has arrived. This is a major problem.

Hello! Since custom curtains need to be manufactured at the factory and accessories are shipped from the warehouse, we ship accessories and curtains in two packages and your accessories are currently in transit.
