Our upgraded system now seamlessly integrates with the four major smart home ecosystems: Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and SmartThings. This allows you to control your window treatments using your favorite apps or voice assistants.

Yes, to enable smart control, you will need a compatible Thread Border Router (Hub) from one of the supported platforms. Below is a list of compatible devices:

Google Home: Nest Hub (2nd gen); Nest Hub Max; Nest Wifi Pro.

1-Channel Remote:Controls ONE single shade independently.

15-Channel Remote:Channel 0: Controls all paired shades simultaneously.
Channels 1-15 :Each channel is assigned to control one specific shade, enabling you to manage up to 15 shades individually.

Motorized Blinds and Roman Shades need to be charged every 2-3 months, while Motorized Curtain Tracks are plug-in and ready to use without charging.

The remote control uses a CR2450 battery, which lasts approximately 2-3 months depending on usage. When the battery runs low, simply replace it with a new CR2450 battery, available at most hardware and general stores.
